At The Fizz, Segatex demonstrated its comprehensive range of services. Not far from the banks of the Elbe and yet in the middle of the lively city – the new city district “Mitte Altona” promises a diverse quality of life and a quiet retreat in the popular Altona district. For the project developer, Segatex visualized construction site 6 in the first construction phase for marketing and took over the entire turnkey construction. 116 condominiums with 2 to 5 rooms are being built here. In total we created an animated film, 8 interior visualizations and 3 building visualizations. Five living rooms were realistically staged and the furnishings were tailored to precisely defined target groups. A model bathroom was shown in three equipment variants, always from the same perspective. Furthermore, three external visualizations were created for the new building project, which are intended to highlight the special living qualities. The highlight of the project was the production of a film about the construction project. For this purpose, we filmed unique aerial shots of Hamburg’s most beautiful places from a helicopter and combined them with animated 3D visualizations. The film impressively presents the creation of the “Neue Mitte Altona” district – located in the vibrant metropolis of Hamburg, where you can enjoy life with numerous cultural and leisure activities.
