Our Work Process
The communicative center of the company headquarters with a total area of 47,500 m² is the two-story foyer, which is naturally lit by an atrium, from which an outside staircase leads to the training and conference area. The remaining floors accommodate the office space, which, thanks to the flexible floor plan, could be converted into individual offices or open-space workspaces as required.
This extensive project includes the shell construction of two office buildings and two cinema buildings as well as the expansion of the Ibis Hotel, Novotel and Pullman Hotels. The project in the lively Hafencity represents an impressive combination of business and cultural infrastructure. With the construction of modern office and cinema buildings as well as the high-quality design of three renowned hotels, this project makes a significant contribution to the development and enrichment of the district.
The Fizz Hamburg
With Segatex as general contractor, the International Campus had a central contact for all issues relating to the planning and construction of the Hamburg residential complex “The Fizz”. 777 furnished micro-apartments for students, trainees and young professionals were built on the approximately 7,500 square meter property in the Stresemannquartier.
At The Fizz, Segatex demonstrated its comprehensive range of services. Not far from the banks of the Elbe and yet in the middle of the lively city – the new city district “Mitte Altona” promises a diverse quality of life and a quiet retreat in the popular Altona district. For the project developer, Segatex visualized construction site 6 in the first construction phase for marketing and took over the entire turnkey construction. 116 condominiums with 2 to 5 rooms are being built here. In total we created an animated film, 8 interior visualizations and 3 building visualizations. Five living rooms were realistically staged and the furnishings were tailored to precisely defined target groups. A model bathroom was shown in three equipment variants, always from the same perspective. Furthermore, three external visualizations were created for the new building project, which are intended to highlight the special living qualities. The highlight of the project was the production of a film about the construction project. For this purpose, we filmed unique aerial shots of Hamburg’s most beautiful places from a helicopter and combined them with animated 3D visualizations. The film impressively presents the creation of the “Neue Mitte Altona” district – located in the vibrant metropolis of Hamburg, where you can enjoy life with numerous cultural and leisure activities. Our friends and advertising film professionals from redpinata supported us in some production areas such as editing, color grading and sound.
